What you can expect from when working with Activate, and what we will expect from you:

Activate Media agrees to:

• Do every piece of work, however big or small, to the best of our abilities
• Provide a written, binding quote for any piece of work, upon request
• Accurately record all time spent in the conduct of a client's affairs
• Return all telephone calls within the same day and, if possible, within the same hour
• Acknowledge all written communications by return of email, fax or post, if requested
• Acknowledge our shortcomings and put them right

Activate Media agrees not to:

• Accept work that is beyond our expertise
• Incur costs without the consent of a client
• Charge a client for advice or work that a client does not reasonably need

In return, clients agree to:

• Provide clear instructions and expectations on projects before work commences
• Provide necessary information and instructions when requested
• Review work in a timely manner
• Tell us when dissatisfied and give us a chance to remedy problems
• Pay our invoices when they fall due
