Cardinal Lysander Group is a property investment specialist which owns and operates a portfolio worth in the order of £350 million

The Brief

The group consists of the primary company and three associated companies: Praedia, Venturis and Prizeglobe Properties. Cardinal Lysander wanted to create an umbrella site that allowed connection to their sister companies and also for these satellite sites to enjoy a similar corporate look and feel to the main site. From a technology perspective, the group wanted a simple to use CMS that in particular allowed them to update new properties on the site as and when they wished.

The Solution

After the initial design briefing a common theme was quickly agreed upon; the theme was then duplicated but with different colour schemes and photography for the sister companies.

Because of the simple design concepts, the sites corporate objectives were quickly reached and in addition, using Activate's CMS the staff at Cardinal Lysander can easily administrate the changes and updates to the sites with minimum effort.
